First off, the staff is amazing. They are prompt on responding to your questions before, during and after your visit. I called twice after I picked up our cat with questions that I didn’t think to ask pertaining to next steps to make sure I was doing everything correctly and they were extremely helpful/considerate. Stacie was the first person in the room helping my cat and was absolutely delightful. She treated my cat like she would if it were her own pet and helped keep him preoccupied while Dr. McGovern was examining him. Dr. McGovern is professional and knowledgeable. She does everything possible to make sure you are comfortable with everything before you leave. My 12 year old cat is not easy to deal with while being at the vet, but they all did an amazing job to keep him comfortable and get us the answers we needed to keep him healthy as can be.
